Where do you most want to improve your life. Is it in your relationship, in your career or parenting? Using your heart virtue to acknowledge your boundaries will lead you to live in alignment with what's most meaningful.
Once we find our heart virtue, what do we do with it?
Well, I tend to work with people in one of four fields: relationship, career, parenting, and addiction. Once you know your heart virtue, apply it in one of those fields. Where do you most want to improve your life? Is it in your relationships? Is it in your career? Is it with some form of non-supportive habit or belief that you have that you want to change? Or is it in parenting? Using your heart virtue to acknowledge your boundaries and really make that area of your life the most prominent Ė to ask for what you want, and to create that boundary around yourself, so that no matter what happens, youíre living in alignment with whatís most meaningful.
So, picking that one area of your life is very simple, itís just: where do I most want my life to improve? Where do I see the greatest potential for me to be the change I want to see in the world? By taking a stand for your heart virtue and speaking it in that area of your life, youíre automatically going to notice that it improves.
