So what does your body use to neutralize free radicals? You know - antioxidants. Where do we find antioxidants? Fruit and vegetables. Your body has the capacity to neutralize those free radicals and turn them into stable molecules, with antioxidants. When that doesnít happen, think of - when we miss eating our fruit and vegetables on a daily basis. On a weekly basis. On a monthly basis. Year after year after year. Then you turn 40 or 50 and all of a sudden, people start saying, ďGod, I used to be good until I turned 40. Then everything just started going haywire. I used to be good, I used to feel good. Now I just donít feel that good anymore.Ē No you werenít - everything wasnít good! Itís just time catching up with you, thatís all. The body doesnít work very fast, things take time to catch up with us, right? But the body is very forgiving, right? We can neutralize, and we can turn back the clock, by giving the body what it needs.
